The Design Process:

We give specialist advice to ensure your product is appropriate for your application and meets budget criteria. This includes advice on materials and finishes.
Once your project has been modelled up in 3D, we are able to produce thorough shop drawings and photoealistic renders for approval prior to manufacture.
Express Woodturning can then arrange delivery of your product - both nationally and internationally.
We then provide a formal quotation once we have a thorough understanding of your project. This includes an estimated timeframe and our standard terms and conditions.
After approval, we begin the manufacturing process using our technologically advanced machinery including 5-axis CNC routers and lathes.
Where installation has been requested, we can install your product at a time that suits both the client and other trades.
If you have provided only an image or sketches for us to work from, we then model up your product in our CAD software to ensure the prototype functions as expected.
We employ an in-house french polisher to finish all our specialised joinery and products. This keeps the time-frame down, and we are able to maintain control of the quality of your product.
We are happy to be engaged to maintain your product in the years following initial purchase. E.g. Repolishing table tops.
